Remuco project migration complete

<p>Finally it's done - Remuco is hosted at GoogleCode now. It hurts a bit to say goodbye to SourceForge. On the other side, whenever I have to use SF for other projects, I'm happy Remuco has moved.</p> <p>However, the best thing about the completed migration is that there is time now to work on Remuco itself again.
