remstats is moving to SourceForge

Initially, I'm not going to set up CVS, but I am using it myself, so I'll do it in a while.

There are two mailing-lists set up right now: remstats-announce@lists.sourceforge.net and remstats-devel@lists.sourceforge.net, with obvious (I hope) purposes.
