#1 crash loading saved shot.

Using RegShot 1.8.2.

create a shot and save it, then try loading the saved shot from a file and it crashes.

This occurs every time.

This occurred to me in RegshotPortable x64 1.8.3-beta2 on a Win 8 x64 machine today.

Multiple tests showed that saving/loading is working in current development.
