#441 Documentation of Time('M') function

I was looking at the Time() function and noticed that the documentation for Time('M') states:

"Returns the number of complete minutes since midnight, in a format having no leading spaces or zeros. (ANSI)"

However the examples cited beneath (on page 114), based on: 14:32:58.987654 on March 30th 2002 declare that the response to Time("T") is '32'. I believe this is incorrect and should be 872.
