On windows 7 the rxstack utility supports /?, but regina, rxqueue, and rexx don't support /?. For /h all four programs do not show the expected help. For -h regina and rexx work, rxstack doesn't work, and rxqueue crashes (windows version of a "core"). For -help regina, rexx, and rxstack work, rxqueue crashes.

All four Regina binaries now support a common set of switches: -h, --help, -v, --version and their usage displayed is similar. Both single character switches and long, named switches also supported.
