1) Create new task and add the attachment to it 2) Open task in Eclipse Indigo and try to view the attachment.

I have tried it with an image, a java file, a mylyn context - it works fine for me.

I tried to specify http - it works (but only for new tasks).
Prepend 'http://' to the repository url and synchronize all tasks.
The RepositorySettingsPage requires now an url with protocol.
