Description
This project is about creating a library for developping IA agents in various architectures (Captors, Effectors, agent programs...etc)

first alpha [release 0.1] is provided with a demo example :
[Poker bot] : playing in a text_based poker environement
[Poker environement generator] : a text based poker environement generator (very useful for testing bots).
[pokerst lib] : aims to be a standard lib for manipulating poker classes and game rules.
