#5 [script] setup redev scripts

[yogalink]

-Add a permantent script for installing redev on the dev machine with a permanent acces to the table and the scripts on a local base.

-Also add a script for uninstalling redev

-add a command for editing the command_table directly from red_dev to avoid searching for the file in th system folders.
