Has anyone encountered this and know ? I just began using RecTracker 2.1.3. I have created a new benchmark with no rules. When I attempt to add a new rule, no dialogue box will open. I have found that if I open an existing benchmark that already has rules in it, then I AM able to create a new rule.

Please enter this as a bug in the tracker and attach your rt.client.log file.
