#49 recipes not filtered out immediatly

To reproduce this "bug":
- move to a location where there are still some recipes being sold which you can learn
- open the Recipe Radar frame and unselect the "Already known (player)" filter in the availability drop down box - make sure that the list at least contains a recipe which is marked green
- close the frame and learn one of the listed green recipes
- reopen the Recipe Radar frame

Note that the recipe you just learned is still listed (marked grey), even though you have set the filter not to display already known recipes. If you open and close the Availability-drop-down menu (without changing the filter), the recipes are correctly hidden, once again.

This is indeed a bug. I've been a little lazy about looking into it because the workaround (which you noted) is pretty straightforward. I'll try to look into it for the next release (which should be this week, sigh.)
