ReactOS Build Environment 1.0

The newest ReactOS Build Environment 1.0 has been made available for download. Check out release notes and the detailed changelog, really a lot of useful changes there. No bloat, no complications added, just stuff to make development work more productive.
The RosBE version has been bumped to 1.0 because RosBE is a finished, ready to use product.

New version of ReactOS has just been released. ReactOS is an open source project aimed at development of a quality operating system that is compatible with applications and drivers written for the Microsoft Windows NT family of operating systems (XP, 2003, Vista and higher), and follows its architecture.

RosBE is a package which significantly simplifies compiling of ReactOS (http://www.reactos.org) operating system for Windows users.

Release 0.3.6 features custom-built GCC 4.1.3 compiler plus all other build tools. RosBE is used to produce official revision ISOs (http://svn.reactos.org/iso).

This is release 0.3.1 of ReactOS, an open source effort to develop a quality operating system that is compatible with applications and drivers written for the Microsoft Windows NT family of operating systems (NT4, 2000, XP, 2003).

ReactOS Build Environment 0.3.3

ReactOS Build Environment version 0.3.3 is available now. This package simplifies
compiling of ReactOS (http://www.reactos.org) operating system for Windows users.

Release 0.3.3 main feature is a patched (bugfixed) version of GCC 4 compiler, which makes it able to fully compile ReactOS using GCC 4 version.

ReactOS 0.2.9 released!

The ReactOS Team is pleased to announce version 0.2.9 of its operating system, designed to be binary compatible with Windows drivers and applications. This release brings improvements to the network model allowing applications such as firefox to run, significant improvements in Plug and Play support now provide a basic working model able to detect and load drivers, plus many other feature additions and bug fixes. ReactOS 0.2.5 released!

A culmination of the progress of the last 3 months.

See the changelog for detailed changes; this release has seen huge improvements in general and networking and stability in particular. This is the last 0.2.x release before the 0.3.0 release, which will see ever higher levels of compatibility and stability.

ReactOS 0.2 RC1 has been released. The 0.2 release has the goal of booting into a functional Explorer.exe - replacing the default of a text command line interface. The final release should be on the 25th of January.

ReactOS 0.1.4 released

<a href="http://reactos.com/">ReactOS 0.1.4</a> has been released. This release was created using a week-long branch for fixes only - followed up by several days of a code feeze for testing. The release itself features Plug n Play improvements, better GUI controls (especially scrollbars and static controls), better mouse button handling, the beginning of OpenGL support, extensive work on a PC Net driver as well as an improved NDIS driver, the serial mouse driver was almost rewritten and there is now partial support for the intellimouse along with better SCSI support (SCSI devices inialized using 3rd party drivers).

ReactOS 0.1.3 released!

ReactOS 0.1.3 has been released and features:
Improved windowing, beginning of explorer.exe replacement, performance enhancements for the VGA driver, more work on NDIS, and improved partitioning/formatting of the usetup.exe install program.

ReactOS 0.1.2 released

The new release features many improvements (see reactos.com > software > reactos for a summarized changelog). Basic Java (console and AWT)/Mono (console) apps can run, several 3rd party video drivers for Windows(R) NT 4 can run - and MANY other improvements.
