New source archive and changes to packages

Hi everybody,

I have split the file distributions into stable and unstable releases. Make sure you monitor the new "razor-unstable" package if you want to remain on the bleeding edge. I have uploaded a new unstable release today, and made 0.92 the latest stable release. The main new feature of the unstable release is 16 bit support with RGB colors and transparency for OS5 devices.
I have also removed the pilrc-cygwin package. The pilrc project that is also hosted on SourceForge is now releasing binaries for all platforms, and they are newer than mine.
