    Hello -  I need help generating a majority rule consensus tree using outfiles from raxmlGUI.  After my bootstrap runs complete, the following 6 outfiles are written:

    1) RAxML_info.RAxML_bootstrap.myfile.tre
    2) RAxML_info.myfile.tre
    3) RAxML_bipartitions.myfile.tre
    4) RAxML_bipartitionsBranchLabels.myfile.tre
    5) RAxML_besttree.myfile.tre
    6) RAxML_bootstrap.myfile.tre

    Which do I load to compute a majority rule consensus tree?

    Hello Nate,

    sorry for the late answer,

    you would need to load the file "RAxML_bootstrap.myfile.tre". In this file RAxML stores all the found trees from the bootstrap run.
