On Windows, I get the error message 'Error: raw2vmdk expects exactly 2 arguments' a lot, but I get no information about how the program interprets what I have actually submitted. Thus, it's very difficult to try to fix the problem.

Suggested improvement: Follow the error message with what the program got as arguments, and what it consideres to be excessive.

Oh ... and change the README file as well. It says that on Windows the backslash character should be quoted (\\). However, this does not help for file and directory names containing spaces. I think it is a better idea to recommend to doublequote the entire raw file specification -- that seems to take care of both the single backslashes and the embedded spaces.

Can you supply the parameters you passed to the program?

Also, when the paths contain spaces you'll have to quote them "".
