#6 Calculate Power Load

In addition to cooling factors, it would be nice to
have the app calcualte total power draw for each rack
(to avoid overloading the circuits each rack is powered
by).

Even better would be a way to add UPSs into the mix, so
one could tell what capacity a given UPS is attached to
given its attached server load.
