#10 Move the mailing lists to google groups

Hi,

It would easier for people to participate as well as search archives if the mailing lists were moved to somewhere like Google Groups.

Right now, one has to subscribe to a mailman list and it is difficult to reply to a message that is archived without re-requesting messages.
