#88 Web page: link on logo always goes to current page

The QuickFIX header logo is a link, but it always goes to the current page, which is silly. (e.g. if you're on the Documentation page, the logo links to http://www.quickfixengine.org/documentation. If you're on the Download page, it links to http://www.quickfixengine.org/download\)

The logo should probably always link to the home page, i.e. http://quickfixengine.org.
