Use LimeSurvey to create queXML instruments

The latest stable version of LimeSurvey (http://www.limesurvey.org) (at
this time, version 1.70) can now output files to queXML.

This means that you can install LimeSurvey both for running web based
questionnaires, and designing queXML instruments.

You can use the LimeSurvey instrument development system, then choose
the "export structure to queXML" link to export the questionnaire in
queXML form.

Once you have a file in queXML, you can deploy your questionnaire as a
well formatted PDF file, capable of being used with queXF
(http://quexf.sourceforge.net), or convert it in to a CASES instrument.
