first thanks for creating qsynergy. Really nice piece of software to control synergy. Just made my life easier working on my macbook while controlling music on my desktop pc.
One slight thing I had to correct was the fact that the icon was really pixelated in the dock. So I recreated (and modified) the original logo a slight bit.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
oh in case anyone is wondering how to change that..
Just navigate to your QSynergy.app - rightclick -> Show Contents -> Contents -> Resources -> Replace my icns with the original one (or rename it to qsynergy_backup.icns..) -> Restart qsynergy
Now the new icon should be right in your dock and windowswitcher :)
