Reading their license, I wonder if it makes any sense at
all. AFAIK, at least they cannot forbid the use of an
algorithm in most places in the world, and where they can,
it would be because of patent laws, not because of copyright
regulation.
Looks like they just gathered pseudo-legal blurb to scare
away any competition :)
