#81 Allow more than one line for pseudocode

Allow more than one line for pseudo-code. It is sometimes convenient to detail operations performed by the enter, exit, and other functions with pseudo-code. These are often multiple lines. Currently this can achieved using the backslash to force new lines, but this is a bit ungainly to edit.
