Hi! I'm new to the forum (and QLC) but hopefully someone here can help me out.
I recently installed QLC+ 4.7 and I have figured out how to add fixtures and scenes and I have started creating a virtual console. I have patched faders in the virtual console to my fixtures, however when I view the monitor window, it shows that nothing is happening to those addresses when I move the fader.
Any ideas what might be happening? Thank you!
EDIT: I should mention that I don't have a DMX/USB interface yet, so I'm not sure if it's actually sending the commands out or if it's just a problem with the Monitor.

Hi Ryan - When I installed 4.7 (after un-installing 4.6.1 first), I also did not get anything in the monitor. I did before.
I found that I had to have a mapped output device for it to show up. I had my dmx-king adapter plugged in at the time so I did not check to see if anything else there will make it happen. If you have no linked device, try ArtNet or OSC - youcan always change it later.

Hi, I confirm it is now necessary to have an output mapped to monitor it.
Mapped the output to ArtNet. It works now. Thanks!
