PyInstallShield version 0.3 is now available.

PyInstallShield is a cross-platform program for installation and un-installation. Version 0.3 features user-configurable directories for icons and executable for Linux/Posix environments, Spanish language support when used on Linux/Posix environments., and the ability to configure 'optional' files.
