#2 Accessing the network during a .deb build is BAD

Hello,

When building the Debian package I get:

sphinx-build -b html -E . html
Running Sphinx v1.1.3
loading intersphinx inventory from http://docs.python.org/2.7/objects.inv...

The problem is that I use a proxy and the http_proxy env variable is not available for the debuild procress. So accessing a web site is not possible.

Fixed in 0.12. Thanks for reporting this. You right, it's bad. I didn't notice.
