privmsg only deals with the latter, and there appears
to be no other command that can do it apart from raw
irc commands and I've had no success so far with irc.
servermsg.
(I've tried irc.servermsg("ACTION "+text)
nothing, no output onto channel.
I really hope this isn't a dead project now.
