conf.py is the user preference file containing database
usernames and passwords. conf.py is installed with the
rest of the python files in a system accessible
location where the passwords may easily be read.
Conf file has been split to system wide as well as user
level configuration. User level configuration resides in
~/.pyflagrc and overrides the system wide file.
Still to do: Automatic creation of user level configuration
file.
