#291 Custom Console Interpreter

I noticed the console in 1.3.15 starts using the system default Python interpreter and not the Python interpreter that is configured as default for Pydev / the current
project. Working on a 2.4 project on a 2.5.2 distribution it's quite problematic.
I would be nice to be able to run the Console using a specified interpreter, or at least using Pydev default / Project's default Python interpreter.
