#561 clipboard paste bug: encoding dropped

Using national charset (# ~-~ encoding:cp1251 ~-~), copying portion of the code then pastin it in the same file, pasted national characters are all wrong. Probably bad re-encoding to/from unicode during clipboard copy/paste.

Actual pydev version was 1.3.8, but there is no such 'group'.

    I can't seem to reproduce it here... which eclipse version are you using? Can you attach the file you're having problems with to this bug?

    - can't reproduce after Eclipse restart caused by subclipse upgrade. Probably bu in the eclipse editor itself. sorry.
