This patch adds a switch to control warnings about __getattr__ returning None.

Usually, it's an error to have __getattr__ returning None, but sometimes it's useful to have an object that returns None for every attribute. This patch lets the user disable the warning by adding "__pychecker__ = 'no-getattrreturn'" to the __getattr__ method or by passing --no-getattrreturn on the command line.
