#24 setup.py install --root=... doesn't work

Hello,
setup.py install --root=$buildroot
adds the $buildroot prefix to the generated pychecker
script, so
pychecker doesn't run.

The attached patch fixes that, although I can't help
thinking it is ugly;
you might find a better way to handle this.

    No, changing bdist* won't help install --root=.
    A similar patch is still necessary.
