Pyastra Successfully Runs under Windows 8.1

Hi,

This is to inform everyone that thanks to the author of this useful tool I was able to run it under Windows 8.1 (64 version). The trick was to

1. Use Python 2.4.3 and the last binary, i.e. Pyastra-0.0.4.1.win32.exe

2. Call pyastra as follows:

3. open a command line

4. cd Python24
5. python Scripts\pyastra
