First pre-alpha released

The firt pre-alpha release of the PyANN project is now available in download area (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=204629&package_id=244255&release_id=538772).

This is just a test release, not recomended for production use. Feel free to download, test, criticize and report bugs in implemented nets and algorithms!

Sorry for the lack of documentation. The work is in progress in project's wiki page (http://pyann.wiki.sourceforge.net/).
