#7 No alpha/numeric characters

I am having some problems with my POPUP Killer. I had no
problem downloading it or installing it, but, I can't read it. Meaning
that when I pull up the main puk window there are no letters for me
to read. All I see is blocks where the alpha/numeric are suposed
to be. What could be the problem?
