  Hi everybody who is waiting Delphi 2009 version
  
  The conversion is almost done. It was not easy, due to Unicode-Ansi problems. I have to change all PChars, stings, chars, etc... to PAnsiChar, AnsiString and so on.
  Finally I made a build that runs, but probably still with some bugs inside.
  
  Everyone who want to test it and help me to finish this conversion faster can download the new build from http://users.telenet.be/serhiy.perevoznyk/download/php4delphi71.zip
  
  Please give your feedback if you find any problems or bugs

  I geuss TPHPExtension class have a litle bug !
  
  I change version in php4AppUnit.pas and php4delphi.pas from PHP4Delphi from 7.0 to PHP4Delphi 7.1 ;

  work OK :)
  
  But i didn't test it very hard :(
