Ps-i 2.4.0 released

Ps-i 2.4.0 has been released. Ps-i is an environment used to design and run agent-based simulations. The project website is
http://ps-i.sf.net . Ps-i is being used by Ian Lustick and his research group at the
University of Pennsylvania in the development of the agent based identity repertoire(ABIR) research program and its applications to a wide variety of political, social and theoretical domains.
