I have read the documents describing proxytunnel but I could not find any examples of its usage. Could uou please post some examples of using the proxytunnel to connect to FTP sites through a corporate proxy whish does not allow this. I am on Winows platform.

Won't work... the proxies need to allow connections on a specific port... ftp uses more ports and requires a connection back to the client.
It will work (provided the proxy allows this) for ssh, telnet, mail etc...etc...
You can try passive mode with FTP
