#8 Letting slide styles be more general

The slide style (PPRxxx.sty) gets loaded quite early in the prosper.cls
document class. I discovered this when I was trying to re-define
\maketitle for my new style: the document class' definition comes after
it's included the slide style, so any change is overwritten.

I've tried moving where the slide style is included, from the middle of
the document class to the end (context diff attached). It doesn't
seem to break anything, and lets the slide style re-define pretty much
anything in Prosper. Unless there're good reasons to prevent this
sort of behaviour, might this be better to let the slide styles have
maximum control?

This is a superb tool that's allowed me to move off PowerPoint and
onto LaTeX for all my documents --- thanks for all your efforts.

Best regards,
