#43 Per artist notes

I would like to be able to give common notes to
particular artists. For example, I may have trivial I
want to store about Genesis but not have to put it in
every song.

Of course, per song notes would also be present. I
could see this working by way of a tabbed box, one
with "General" notes and one for "Song" notes.

Hope that makes sense. With 427 artists and over
9,000 songs - it would be most useful.
