#94 Task start and finish times are wrong

I have an MS project 2007 file (.mpp). When open in MS project, the start times are different to those in ProjectLibre 1.5.9. There is no consistent offset throughout the file, the times are out by 8 hrs, 16 hrs, 6 days 16 hrs, etc... I have used MPXJ to view the raw data, and the times displayed by ProjectLibre have no relation to the times in the file.
