I'd like to be able to update the target release of an
issue without having to enter additional information.
At the moment it asks me to put text in the "Update
Resolution" field, even though I don't have much to say.
Let me first say that the required Resolution update is a
good practice I have learned to love (even though I was as
annoyed as you in the beginning).
Even small comments like: "target decided in today's
meeting" or "not as important as I thought" could help you
in the future.
That being said, I plan to do 2 things: one - make the
resolution update an option (per project, i.e. per manager),
two - add the target to the batch update operation.
I hope this will make it flow more easily....
