I'm pleased to announce the release of ProGuard 4.8. This release adds some optimizations, it introduces a few small features for the Ant task, and it fixes a series of minor problems in configuration parsing, optimization, and obfuscation. You can find the full list of enhancements and fixes on the Downloads page. Version 4.8 is entirely compatible with previous versions, so upgrading is simply a matter of switching to the new jars.
