When running the program as an admin user on
windows 2000 sp3 everything functions perfectly.
however when run as a normal user a message is
displayed on login (" is not a valide integer value ).
The program then displays a tiny window with no
contents and only a minimize button called "search
and destroy". If this is minimized the window
disappears. The icon is displayed as normal in the
taskbar.
Any ideas on how to correct this or what causes
this ?

Windows 2000 sp4 has the same result.
Admins/Power Users get no error, but Restricted Users do.

Sorry, I can't test this configuration as Program Killer is no longer
actively maintained, and I do not currently have a Windows AD environment
with which to test.
