#1 -u or -U without text will match all

First of all, thanks for proctools, it was a real gap in the OS :)

I found a buglet, I think:

When you do for instance, pgrep -u someuser, it will match all the
processes instead of just those owned by that user.

This is with the latest version.

It's 2014 and I just discovered the same behaviour. I am on Apple Mavericks and have proctools/0.4pre1
