#14 [1.1] unhandled exception with context menu on no selected process

using procexp 1.1 on Fedora 17

Steps to reproduce:
1. start procexp
2. right-click in the process table where no process is selected (right-click in the white space below the processes listed)
3. click on "properties"
4. Dialog pops up with exception message:

Unhandled exception:
IndexError'>: list index out of range on line 104, file procexp.py

Intented behavior: do not show/generate popup menu in process table if no process is selected.
