#331 WBS corrupted by unexpected ASCII char
After copying and pasting text from another program into the "Notes" field of a WBS task and saving, the WBS Editor could no longer open the WBS successfully and the "Sync to WBS" operations began displaying an error. Upon inspection, the problem was caused by a form-feed character (ASCII char #12) that had been copied into the note.
Fixed in version 2.4
