#312 Missing units on Tasks In Progress chart
The Tasks In Progress chart has a vertical axis for measuring the relative size of the task circles. When the dashboard is running in Java 8, this axis always displays time in minutes (rather than switching to hours if appropriate), and it does not display a label indicating the units in effect.
Fixed in Process Dashboard version 2.3
