When multiple individuals are assigned to a task and they do not all have the same time allotment, the WBS Editor "Assigned To" column displays a number in parentheses after initials whose time differs. For example, it might display "aaa, bbb(5), ccc(7.8)" to indicate that persons bbb and ccc have a different time allocation than person aaa.

In some languages (French, for example), a comma is used instead of a period to indicate a decimal point. Users in that locale might see the text "aaa, bbb(5), ccc(7,8)". If they enter or edit this value, the editor will discard the fractional portion after the comma-decimal-point.
