In Team Dashboard 2.0, if a label filter is applied to the Rollup Plan Summary form and PSP tasks are present in the team project, those tasks will appear in the filtered EV report, but their plan/actual time data will not be included in the Plan/Quality summary.

This bug only affects projects that include "PSP Task" items (the pentagon icon in the WBS Editor), and only affects analyses that use a label filter.
