Variant ligature of Medial Ha and Vowel Sign UU

When Medial Ha is combined with the Vowel Sign UU, the Vowel Sign UU shifts to the side. In handwriting and well-printed books, all three are underneath the initial. I understand that putting them to the side was a result of a lack of key on typewriters, and poor access to the combined glyph in the Win-family fonts.
It's good to have a variant of all three underneath the initial but that is more a matter of taste.
Short form of Vowel UU when combined with Medial Ha
I posted this feature request on behalf of Nance.
In handwriting, some people (including me :) prefer to write Vowel Sign UU on the side in long form. We will add a variant so that user can choose in advanced AAT applications, may be in 0.8 release.
