I wonder if someone have experience configuring the IPs of the internal virtualized containers, usually 10.0.3.x.

Do you mean configuring the OS interfaces ? For that you should go to a help group for either the OS or the virtualisation tech you are using. Typically, configuring the guest OS interfaces is done in the guest and is no different to doing it in a bare metal OS with the same network config.
Or do you mean configuring Postfix ? In which case you'll find help over at Postfix.org.
But, you'll need to present a much clearer question, because I cannot figure out what you are asking for and/or what you're stuck on from the little information provided.
